蚝油,
2汤匙,

1.准备所以材料 鱿鱼,香菇,木耳,腐竹提前泡发,荞头只要下半幼嫩部分

2.开锅下油炒香洋葱,加入鱿鱼干(鱿鱼切花刀)

3.加入猪肉煸香

4.加入荞头炝锅后加入荷兰豆翻炒

5.放入香菇,腐竹,木耳 加入刚泡鱿鱼的水半碗焖煮4分钟

6.倒入两汤匙的蚝油,半茶匙盐和少许糖炒均,边炒边倒入生粉水 ,成薄芡,起锅!
